In order to complete a reservation, please download the journey forms and complete the registration application form.

Please email or fax the form to the number indicated and provide a deposit. Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of both the deposit and the completed application form.

1. Please download the Intro Letter to read about the dates and timeline for securing your journey reservation and making travel plans.
   
   We recommend that you check airline rates and schedules before sending in your deposit.



2. Read the Terms and Release of Liability forms carefully.



3. Please complete the Application for Registration and send the completed application and your deposit to the address indicated on the form.



4. We'll need completed Statement of Health and Video Release forms besides your final payment before the Journey begins.



5. We developed a Packing List for your reference.
